6.3.2 Positioning statement-This product is strictly for the government to but yet it will benefit the whole community; costumers will be getting the highest of quality. 6.3.3 Pricing strategy- We will be attracting buyers by offering lower prices on goods and services. While many new companies use this technique to draw attention away from their competition, penetration pricing does tend to result in an initial loss of income for the business. 6.4 Sales strategy- As a group we will be working on our sale strategy only with homogeneous group of companies, which can be able to perfect our pitch for this product much quicker than if we were mixing in businesses of all shapes and sizes. 6.4.1 Revenue streams: We will be making $500,000-$800,000 from each customer every time that they buy and install our product. 6.4.2 Sales forecast: The first few months we will make $500,000. Then we will slowly get more customers and start to make about twice that amount. 6.5 Milestones: Our first milestone will be to create the first one of our traffic lights. After we will be having our first actual sale. then will be when the product starts to spread across 7.1 Assumptions: We are assuming that people will like our product and buy it to improve safety and advance technology 7.2 Break-even analysis: The product costs us $450,000 total to make each one and we charge $500,000-$800,000 to install it. To make a profit we would only need to sell to one light post. 7.3 Projected profit and loss: For every one of our traffic lights, we would be making at least $50,000 profit. Also we will have a loss if we stop making them or improving them. 7.4 Projected cash flow: If a customer gives us $500,000, $250,000 would be to make the traffic light. $200,000 would go to our cameras including the fisheye, and $50,000 would be profit. 7.5 Projected balance sheet: Our balance sheet will show that we will be making money little by little and increase will having them around every single intersection. 7.6 Business ratios: our ratios will show that he been progressing and decreasing our product while it changes during the time.
